Matt is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, Bachelor of Arts, George Brown College, Sport and Event Marketing and UBC’s Sauder School of Business, Real Estate Trading Services. In addition, Matt is dedicated to developing his sales craft though ongoing participation in high level real-estate coaching and training.

Background

A move to Vancouver to attend UBC in the 1990s, gave Matt the opportunity to live in many of Vancouver’s most iconic neighbourhoods, from Kerrisdale, Point Grey and Kitsilano to Main, Fraser, Commercial drive and Strathcona. Matt’s knowledge and love for Vancouver is a significant benefit for anyone looking to buy or sell. 

Living and working in the core of Vancouver, Matt’s primary focus is selling the east and westside of the city including downtown. In particular, Matt spends most of his sales time in Strathcona, Mount Pleasant, Main, Fraser, Cambie, the West End, Coal Harbour and Yaletown, including the newly minted “Beach District.”
